At Oasis James we are committed to providing solutions to the issues of finding the right people for your organisation.  We understand that often you have limited time to hire on top of your already hectic day to day duties, and as such we seek to act in partnership with our Clients to help them manage the Recruitment Process from start to finish.

Our methodology is Simple: we genuinely find out what you are looking for, and we deliver it.

If you can commit to spending some time with one of our experienced Principal Consultants then it will allow us to present targeted CVs to you in a short space of time.  This will save you screening and interviewing irrelevant people, something a number of our other Clients have complained of prior to working with us.

It is important to note that as of October 2006, the new Age Discrimination laws prohibit the use of months and years of experience in a Job Description.  Oasis James actively supports this, and we will discuss with you how to how best to adapt any Job Description to become or remain compliant.

Our commitment to you is also Simple:  We will always seek to give you the best advice possible.

Sometimes salary levels may be out of kilter with the current market rates, or you may want a person with an unrealistic skill set, and if this is the case we will always seek to advise you of it.  If you are unaware of these facts it can increase the length of time it takes to find the right person for your organisation.  We are in touch with our markets on a daily basis, and always seek to act consultatively with you.

Once we have a clear understanding of your requirements and how best to position your company, we can present you to the market as an employer of choice.
