This will save you screening and interviewing irrelevant people, something a number of our other Clients have complained of prior to working with us.
It is important to note that as of October 2006, the new Age Discrimination laws prohibit the use of months and years of experience in a Job Description. Oasis James actively supports this, and we will discuss with you how to how best to adapt any Job Description to become or remain compliant.

Sometimes salary levels may be out of kilter with the current market rates, or you may want a person with an unrealistic skill set, and if this is the case we will always seek to advise you of it.
