Our experienced Consultants will take the time to understand your skills and experience and really identify what you are looking for in your new role. This can be done either over the phone or face to face. You will be provided with a single Point of Contact who can advise you of how any applications are progressing, who will liaise with you to arrange and prepare you for Interviews, and negotiate the best salary package for you at the Offer stage.
Our commitment to you is also Simple: We will always seek to give you the best advice possible.
Sometimes you will be looking for a role which is unattainable given your current skill set, or a salary package which is outside of the current market rate. As your representative we will always seek to advise you of this, and find a role for you which will allow you to achieve your goals.
The whole point of a CV is to sell you to an Employer and we will usually ask you to expand your experience in an area of interest to them. Don’t worry – just send us an email and we will integrate the new text into the original document for you.
Interview feedback is something which we will always take the time to discuss with you. We provide advice on how best to perform in front of a Client, and will give you their comments afterwards to allow you to improve your interview skills.
Pressure? No thanks!!!
We will never pressure you to accept a role. If you genuinely feel that an opportunity is not right for you then just let us know why, and we will deal with the Client from there. It does neither you nor them any good if you feel that you have been pushed into accepting a role as you will not be happy there. We understand this and will always act to give advice rather than a Half-Nelson!! |
